Where We Ship

At the moment we ship within the United Kingdom only.

However, we are currently working on expanding our shipping options and worldwide shipping will be available very soon! We want to make sure we get it right so the rest of the world can experience the awesomeness of the Hippo Showers. If you are located outside the UK and are interested in purchasing a Hippo Shower, feel free to contact us at info@hipposhowers.co.uk and we will do our best to sort.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Because our products range from small accessories and grooming products through to larger Hippo Shower units, the shipping cost will vary depending on the size and weight of the items you purchase.

All shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders for our smaller items such as the Bubbl-o and our grooming accessories are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods this may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Made to Order Products

Many of our gas Hippo Shower units are handmade to order, rather than held in stock.

For these products, the typical build and dispatch timeframe is approximately 2–3 weeks.

This information is clearly stated on the relevant product pages, so customers know the expected lead time before placing an order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

If your order contains both made-to-order items and in-stock accessories, your items may be shipped separately. 

Delivery Times

Delivery times can vary depending on the courier and your location, but typical UK delivery times are:

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees, particularly during busy periods such as holidays or major sales.

Dispatch vs Delivery Times

Please note that dispatch times and delivery times are different.

  • Dispatch time is the time it takes for us to prepare or build your order before it leaves us.

  • Delivery time is the time the courier takes to deliver your parcel once it has been dispatched.

Large or Heavy Items

Some Hippo Shower products are large or heavy and may be shipped via specialist couriers.

These deliveries may:

  • Require a signature upon delivery

  • Take slightly longer than standard parcel deliveries

If there are any specific delivery requirements, we will contact you after your order is placed.

Incorrect Address Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Hippo Showers cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Courier Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by a third-party courier.

While we always choose reliable delivery partners, delays caused by couriers are outside of our control.

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, particularly during busy periods such as:

  • Christmas and peak shopping seasons

  • Severe weather

  • National courier disruptions

If your delivery is delayed, please contact us and we will always help track your order and resolve the issue where possible.
